Join a powerful group of strong women on the move at a Zooma race this year. The event’s mission is to inspire women to live healthy, happy, and active lives. Zooma is about more than a race, it’s a weekend filled with speakers, yoga sessions, an awesome expo, and a celebration in beautiful destination locations.
Run Zooma Texas, Lost Pines for a half marathon, 10k and 5k on March 8th-9th. Run the Inaugural Lost Pines Challenge and complete the 5k on Friday, then the half or 10k races on Saturday. This year’s Lost Pines race has been reworked with a new course including gorgeous views of the Texas countryside. Runners will finish in downtown Bastrop along the Colorado River.
Next up is Zooma Great Lakes in Wisconsin on September 14th. The race includes a half marathon, relay, 10k and 5k. Pick up your bib and packet on Friday night and then join the fun at the Lake Lawn Resort. On Saturday morning, it’s race day with all three distances. Runners get beautiful lake views along the course. Once you cross the finish line, celebrate at the post-race party with food, massages, recovery yoga, music and fun! Then on Sunday morning, wake up with a relaxing sunrise yoga session.
Later in the Fall, on September 29th is the Zooma Cape Cod race. This Massachusetts race includes half marathon and 10k distances. Zooma Cape Cod will include a bonfire welcome party on Friday night on the beach! Participants can take part in sunrise yoga on Saturday morning, then run the half marathon or 10k on Sunday morning. The Cape Cod course gives runners beatutiful ocean views through quaint neighborhoods. After the race, it’s a beach finisher party with mimosas, food, massages, recovery yoga, live music and more!
Zooma Amelia Island in Florida takes place from October 19th – 20th. Run the Lighthouse Loop 5k on Saturday evening, and the half marathon, 12k or 5k on Sunday morning. The weekend begins at packet pickup on Friday night with the welcome party, and concludes on Sunday after crossing the finish line at the the post-race party with food, mimosas, massages, recovery yoga, live music and more.
The series wraps with the Zooma Texas Wine Country half marathon, 10k, and 5k on November 1st-2nd. Run through the heart of Texas Wine Country in Fredricksburg, TX. Combine distances to earn the new Wine Country Challenge medal! Just like the previous races in the series, participants get an awesome post-race party onces you cross the finish line. If you complete the Zooma Texas Lost Pines race in March, and Texas Wine Country in the same year (10k or half marathon distances), earn the Teas Two-Step Challenge medal!
