Workout Recap W/E 9/8/18

Last week’s workouts went pretty well. I did swap Thursday’s run to a gym workout, but that was because I needed the extra sleep. Otherwise, I got my five days of workouts in which I consider a successful week. 🙂



The Girl's Got Sole - Saturday group run

Sunday, September 2nd – Sunday Runday! After moving the day before, I got out for a run with some of the girls. We hit the West Orange Trail and got in 8 miles. It was nice to get out for an easy-paced long run.

Monday, September 3rd – Bike workout at the gym. Got in just under 7 miles on the bike for cross-training.

Tuesday, September 4th – Run with some of my group in Baldwin. Nice tempo 3-miler.

Wednesday, September 5th – REST DAY.

Thursday, September 6th – Hit the gym for a bike workout. Did 10 miles, the longest bike workout I’ve done in awhile.

Friday, September 7th – REST DAY.

Saturday, September 8th – Saturday long run with my group. Did 6 miles with most of the group, then added on another 2 miles with one of the other girls for a total of 8 miles. I was feel the best I’ve felt in weeks on a long run.
