September just seems to be flying by! I had a bit of an unusual last week after getting off of Cymbalta. I didn’t get in my typical routine of workouts. Ended up getting in 4 days, but the rest was needed for sure. I’m still dealing with some odd brain zaps and weird stuff like that, but getting back into my routine is what’s best. For me, anyway. Endorphins for the win!
Sunday, September 16th – Bike workout at the gym. This was the last workout I got in before my withdrawal struggle. It was tough getting it done, looking back, glad I did it.
Monday, September 17th – REST DAY.
Tuesday, September 18th – REST DAY.
Wednesday, September 19th – First workout after struggling for a couple of days. Got into the gym for a bike workout for 8 miles.
Thursday, September 20th – Run day! I was so happy to get back out there and running. Did 3 miles with a couple of my runner girls in Baldwin Park. Talk about a humid run though, ick!
Friday, September 21st – REST DAY.
Saturday, September 22nd – Group run. 6 great, but hot and sweaty miles with my Galloway running group.
