Hey all! I don’t know about anyone else, but I’m already ready for cooler temps. Here in Florida, it’s been so humid on our runs. It always seems never-ending each year. While you do get better acclimated, you never truly get used to it. I admit, I love any random breezes that come along during a run! 🙂
Sunday, August 5th – Bike workout at the gym. Pretty good workout while listening to the PD Stories podcast. Got in 7.8 miles.
Monday, August 6th – 8.6 miles on the bike for a good cross-training workout before work.
Tuesday, August 7th – Run with some of my group. It was quite humid out, but good in a nice, easy 5k run.
Wednesday, August 8th – REST DAY.
Thursday, August 9th – Thursday easy run of 3.2 miles with friends, Colleen and Lourdes. Was a bit cooler out due to the rain the night before.
Friday, August 10th – REST DAY.
Saturday, August 11th – Saturday group run. Started at 5:30am, and it was already thick with humidity. But, the company made the 8 miles seem to fly by.
