I had a pretty good week workout-wise. I’m sure it helped that I was able to take a day off from work, so my energy levels were a bit better due to some extra rest. 🙂 I’m still feeling tired regularly, but I’m continuing to push through it.
Sunday, July 8th – REST DAY.
Monday, July 9th – Bike workout at the gym. Got in 8 miles.
Tuesday, July 10th – Good 3-miler with some of my group despite having trouble getting myself out of bed.
Wednesday, July 11th – Since I took Sunday off, I got into the gym for a bike workout. 7.6 miles done.
Thursday, July 12th – Easy track workout with 400s. Warmed up by walking a lap, then used 30:30 intervals for 2.5 miles. Then, walked a lap to cool down.
Friday, July 13th – REST DAY.
Saturday, July 14th – Saturday morning group run. Ran 2 miles with friend, Jenny before meeting the group for 6 more miles. Total of 8 miles, and I felt pretty good.
