Last week was a bit rough, but I made it through thanks to the grace of God. Most of the week, I wasn’t feeling great. Combination of fibromyalgia issues and feeling down, it was a push to get through some days. That said, I plan on having a better week this week! At least I got in some good workouts last week. 🙂
Sunday, July 7th – Bike workout at the gym. Got in just under 9 miles on the bike.
Monday, July 8th – REST DAY.
Tuesday, July 9th – Didn’t sleep well, so hit the gym for another bike workout instead a bit later. Did 8.3 miles.
Wednesday, July 10th – Another bike workout after my doctor’s appointment later in the day. 9 miles on the bike.
Thursday, July 11th – 3 mile run with a friend, and it felt good. Nice to get in a run after skipping Tuesday.
Friday, July 12th – REST DAY.
Saturday, July 13th – Saturday morning long run with my group. Ran 8 miles and felt pretty good!
