Last week was good workout-wise, but also exhausting generally. I did get in 5 days of workouts, but after getting my official diagnosis of Fibromyalgia, I got a flare. I think it was a combination of the weather and pushing myself a bit too much, and some stress thrown in there. I’m going to start keeping a journal of each day, especially wen I workout, because it seems that causes me extra issues the following day.
Sunday, June 17th – Cross-training day on the bike. Did 8.65 miles in 46:30 on the gym bike. Felt pretty good on this day, bit tired, but not too bad.
Monday, June 18th – Bike workout at the gym for just over 7 miles. Bit more exhausted, but nothing more than usual for what I deal with on the most part.
Tuesday, June 19th – Run with my group in Baldwin for 3.2 miles. It was a hot and humid morning, but had a great run.
Wednesday, June 20th – REST DAY.
Thursday, June 21st – Easy-pace 3-miler with some of the girls before work. Was feeling pretty tired and hot, but got it done.
Friday, June 22nd – REST DAY.
Saturday, June 23rd – Saturday morning group run. Started the run feeling sore and meh, but finished the run feeling better (still a bit sore). I never regret running with my group, they make my weekends great.
