Summer has arrived! Now that we’ve entered the month of June, it’s only going to stay hot and humid here in Florida. I plan on going to the pool as much as possible this summer. It’s the best thing in the heat! Well, that and ice pops. 🙂
Sunday, May 26th – REST DAY. For one of the first Sundays in a long time (less for the day after a half marathon or other big race), I didn’t work out. Spent the day with family and friends at the pool instead.
Monday, May 27th – Bike workout at the gym. 9 miles for cross-training.
Tuesday, May 28th – Great 3 mile run with negative splits.
Wednesday, May 29th – REST DAY.
Thursday, May 30th – Track Thursday workout. Wasn’t feeling too speedy, but got in a fairly good track workout.
Friday, May 31st – REST DAY.
Saturday, June 1st – 10k run with some of the girls before our season kickoff for Orlando Galloway training. Boy was it hot, but was loved the pace we were able to keep.
