Trying to blog more often again. I’ve been doing a post or two a week maybe, but I want to get back to a more regular schedule. Once of the regular posts I wanted to bring back is my weekly workout recaps. Been awhile since I last shared one. In fact, it’s been MONTHS. Like 2019. Ha! So, without further ado…

Saturday run group after our 6 miles.
Sunday, May 10th – Bike workout at home for 12.7 miles.
Monday, May 11th – Back on the bike for 11 miles before work.
Tuesday, May 12th – Great 3.2 mile run with a couple of my running friends.
Wednesday, May 13th – REST DAY.
Thursday, May 14th – Track workout day. Warmed up with a half mile walk, then did 2.5 miles of 800s.
Friday, May 15th – REST DAY.
Saturday, May 16th – Long run! Ran 6.2 miles on the Florida trail in Oviedo with a few girls keeping our social distance of course. 🙂
