I haven’t been good about doing these workout recaps, but need to get back on that. With the new year approaching, it’s a good time to get good routines going! 🙂
Sunday, December 3rd – Bike workout at the gym. Did 9 miles and felt pretty good.
Monday, December 4th – Back in the gym before work for 8.5 miles on the bike.
Tuesday, December 5th – Great morning 3-miler with my group in Baldwin Park.
Wednesday, December 6th – REST DAY.
Thursday, December 7th – What was supposed to have been a run, ended up being a walk. Once I started running, I felt as though I was going to be sick to my stomach. Thankful for my friend, Melissa who walked the over 2 miles with me.
Friday, December 8th – REST DAY.
Saturday, December 9th – Had my scheduled run of 6-8 miles, but due to the pouring rain and 50 degree temps, most of my group opted out of the run. So, I ended up in the gym for a bike workout.
