Last week was a good week workout-wise. It ended with my 35th half marathon, so that’s a good thing. Just one more race left for the year! Mount Dora Half Marathon is on 12/16, so less than two weeks away.
Sunday, November 25th – Bike workout at the gym for 7.5 miles.
Monday, November 26th – Cross-training workout at the gym. Bike workout for 8.5 miles.
Tuesday, November 27th – Run with my group, nice weather morning! Felt good and got in a nice pace of 12:31 for 5k.
Wednesday, November 28th – REST DAY.
Thursday, November 29th – Hit the gym for a bike workout. Got in 9.7 miles in just over 52 minutes.
Friday, November 30th – REST DAY.
Saturday, December 1st – OUC Orlando Half Marathon, my 25th half. Not my best time, but pretty happy with it nonetheless.
