Is it the end of November already? Last week’s workouts were good, I could have eaten better, but it was Thanksgiving week! Actually, I did worse the day AFTER Thanksgiving in some ways, because it was a rest day. Oh well, thankfully, we get to start anew again the next day.
Sunday, November 18th – Hit the gym for just under 8 miles on the bike for some cross-training.
Monday, November 19th – Bike workout at the gym before work. Good workout, despite having to change machines after some issues with the gears clicking on the first bike I got on.
Tuesday, November 20th – Morning run with my group, good pace too for just over 3 miles.
Wednesday, November 21st – REST DAY.
Thursday, November 22nd – Thanksgiving Trot of our own creation with some of my running group. Nice 4 miler before Thanksgiving dinner with my family.
Friday, November 23rd – REST DAY.
Saturday, November 24th – 10k run with my group. It was an OYO weekend, so there were only 5 of us, still had a good time. Last long run before I do my 35th half marathon on 12/1.
