Hard to believe it’s October already. I’m happy for a new month though, as most of the year has been a bit rough. Now, if the weather would just get cooler, things would be pretty good. Last week’s workouts were good, I got in 5 days which is my goal. Ended the week with a long 12 mile run.
Sunday, September 30th – REST DAY. (unplanned, but it was worth it)
Monday, October 1st – Bike workout at the gym. Got in 8.6 miles.
Tuesday, October 2nd – Hit the gym again after not wanting to get up early for my run. Just over 8 miles on the bike.
Wednesday, October 3rd – Another day of cross-training at the gym. Biked for 7.35 miles.
Thursday, October 4th – Run with my group for just over 5k. Great getting out there.
Friday, October 5th – REST DAY.
Saturday, October 6th – Saturday long run. Early run with some of my group for 12 miles of training for my upcoming ATL 10-Miler, Wine & Dine Half Marathon and OUC Orlando Half Marathon.
