Last week was a good week workout-wise. Otherwise, it just felt long. LOL! I got in my scheduled workouts, three runs and two gym workouts. Even had the best run I’ve had in awhile on Saturday morning. Cooler weather sure helps! 🙂
Sunday, October 7th – Gym bike workout for cross-training. Got in just over 9 miles.
Monday, October 8th – 7.82 miles on the bike at the gym for more cross-training.
Tuesday, October 9th – Morning 3-miler with some of my group. Rained a bit before we started, but only dealt with barely a sprinkling during the run.
Wednesday, October 10th – REST DAY.
Thursday, October 11th – Track workout. Been awhile since I hit the track, and I was tired. Ended up walking a half mile, then run/walked 2 miles, followed by another half mile walk to cool down.
Friday, October 12th – REST DAY.
Saturday, October 13th – Saturday group run. Great 6 mile run in Winter Park. Bit cooler temps for the best weather we’ve had in months!
