In late 2009 to the first half of 2010, I spent a lot of time with Bob Harper, Jillian Michaels and The Biggest Losers. Okay, so they were on my TV via workout dvds, but they were there with me along my journey.
I’ve gradually come away from doing dvd workouts these days, but plan on putting them back into the mix starting this week. It will be nice “seeing” the trainers and having them push me to work muscles and areas of my body that I don’t really use running or cycling (or, strengthening those muscles, whichever the case may be).

I’ve done the 30 Day Shred and Hip Hop Abs. I really do love the 30 Day Shred. Jillian really knows how to whip you into shape. But I’d be lying if said I didn’t curse her out the whole way through lol. I’m thinking of giving Insanity a try. I’ve heard lots of great things about it.
