Disclaimer: I am participating in Under Armour’s What’s Beautiful sponsored campaign with FitFluential. I’d love you to join my team and get your journey geared up!
It’s the beginning of May and so many of us are seeking summer and/or fall goals relating to health and fitness. Maybe you’re going to be training for your first half marathon, or you want to drop a few pounds. Or, you simply want to work on improving your overall health and be more conscious of what you put in your body. Whatever your goal might be, nothing is too big or too small. This is where Under Armour’s What’s Beautiful campaign comes in.
Under Armour is redefining what a beautiful, strong woman is. By joining the competition, you will be a part of challenges, get support from fellow athletes and just be inspired to be the best YOU that you can be. Oh, and you can get some really awesome prizes along the way including a chance to win a retreat to Costa Rica!
Discover what you are capable of. Do you think running a marathon is out of reach for you? Whatever it is that you feel is impossible, it’s time to step out of your comfort zone and do it! You CAN do whatever you put your mind to and whatever you work at doing. The What’s Beautiful journey will help you achieve that which you think is out of reach.
Believe in yourself. We are all amazing, strong women and sometimes we can forget that. When that happens, doubt creeps in and we start to question ourselves. The What’s Beautiful trek can help you get that extra motivational push each day to help you believe in YOU. When you believe in yourself, you truly can make great things happen.
Be inspired to push yourself and go far. Inspiration is critical when we are reaching for our goals. There are days when getting up for that 5am workout seems hard and our bed is just way too comfortable. An online community like Under Armour’s What’s Beautiful will be there for you and they will inspire you over that bump in the road. It’s important to be and stay inspired when we are reaching for our goals.
There are many different teams you can join, you aren’t limited to just one. My team, The Girls Who Have Sole is there to be an inspiration or backbone when you need it. There are other groups specifically for everything from first time triathloners to fit moms. You have so many options on which team(s) to join, and of course, you can create your own team.
What is your goal? Mine is to run my second full marathon by the end of the year. I’d love to hear about yours! Post in the comments and I hope you join the What’s Beautiful campaign!
