Tunes Tuesday

As I was running this morning listening to my iPod, I started to think about my music. The music that motivates and keeps me.moving. I have a few different playlists just for running and tend to rotate them around. Some of my favorite songs right now…

As you can see, my music tastes are a bit varied. I also like Buddy Holly, Selena (not the Disney kid) and Donna Summer.

  1. When I first started running in my computer room on my little Tempo treadmill a few years back I had my computer desk in front of me and I would blast through my general playlist. I have different playlists now (i.e. Gym Mode (gym), Beast It (races), Jams (general), etc.) that I use but at one time it was just whatever shuffled into that time frame of my workout. I started composing a general list myself if you want to check it out! I like the ones you’ve listed as well! Keep up the great work, babe!
