I miss it when I can’t get in a bike ride on Sunday. This time my ride was in the early evening since I went to church this morning (not to mention it was rainy weather earlier in the day). It was a great night for a ride too. I rode around College Park including the Orlando Urban Trail. Love my new neighborhood, so close to the Dinky Trail!

The Orlando Urban Trail has maps at a number of points along the way.

I’m also very close to downtown Orlando, and had originally wanted to bike to the downtown library, but was a little skeptical with the icky weather after church. As it was, it was drizzly and a light rain was happening. I wouldn’t have minded that so much, but I wanted to bring my laptop along and didn’t want to risk it getting wet.

I ended up riding about 7 1/2 miles and just enjoyed the scenery! I need to better research the Urban Trail (ie: look at the map) so I can see what I can access via it. I noticed it leads down quite a ways. May be a great way to get to downtown, or at least part of the way.

This is right off Princeton, Loch Haven Park area. Love it.
