Today has been a little rough…well, in that my stomach seems to think it’s hungry ALL.THE.TIME. I mean, what’s the deal? Yes, I’ve “officially” started my journey to “pre-marathon weight.” Yesterday was kind of the kick-off of things. I had some health issues late last week, so I ended up taking Thursday through Saturday kind of easy. But, as of yesterday, the game is on.
Now, I’ve begun it all using the FitBit app today to track my food and water intake. I tracked yesterday the old-fashioned way, with pen and paper. I was going to try MyFitnessPal, but I wanted to check out FitBit and see how it goes for now. I’d love to try the FitBit Tracker, but it’s not in the budget right now.
I’m looking into possibly joining Planet Fitness again, but may just try to do the DVD workouts for a bit along with my running and biking and see how that goes. I do like a lot of things about being able to go to a gym. You can do a lot there in one place. Not a fan of the treadmill though, unless it’s the only way to get my run in on a bad weather day. I love my outdoor runs.
I’m ending the day with my favorite show, The Biggest Loser tonight. Nothing like some motivation from the trainers and contestants to keep you going!
