I’m not currently training for a race because I’m getting ready to move to Guam next month (military) so I’m focusing on cross-training and just running in this Florida heat to get ready for the hot races in Guam.

I am not traning for any event right now but on Monday I am starting a 6 week challenge to runs faster and lose some wait.
I’m still in recovery mode from a marathon a week and a half ago, but when I do start training again it will be for the Chicago/New York Marathons this fall.
