Runner’s World Cover Contest

Have you heard? Runner’s World magazine is looking for an everyday runner to grace their cover! This is a chance for a runner who may not be be the “skinny” guy or girl or the speedy runner that dominates races. The contest is an opportunity for the mid to back of the packers and runners of all shapes and sizes to have the spotlight on THE magazine for runners. I think this is such a great idea for sure.

Now, I don’t consider myself a model by any means (I have always preferred being behind the camera over the years) and I am the first to admit that I am my own worst critic, but when I heard about this opportunity, I just had to give it a go. So, I entered the contest and am going to see where it takes me. You never know what you are capable of until you try and put yourself out there. I do think it would be an experience of a lifetime and I would love to be a part of it.

If you would like to enter yourself, you can! Just follow the link and go through the steps to set up your entry. I wish every runner who enters this contest the best of luck. There’s some amazing folks in the running! So many inspiring runners! Oh, and if you would like to vote for me, it would be greatly appreciated! You can vote once per day. The contest ends on August 26th.
