Disclaimer: I received two pairs of Koss Fit Series headphones through a campaign with FitFluential LLC in exchange for this review. No other compensation was received. All opinions are my own.
Koss is a well-known headphone innovator since 1958, where they created the original stereo headphones. After over four decades of quality sound, they have done it again with the Koss Fit Series. These are headphones designed by women for women. Let’s face it, our ears are not the same as guys, and sometimes we need something smaller. They come in two different styles, a FitBuds or FitClips version.
The FitBuds are only six millimeters in diameter, making them 33 percent smaller than the average Koss earbud. It’s designed to fit perfectly in the female ear. The FitClips feature a new in-ear ported design, the elements rest comfortably in the ear. The clip is soft and flexible and rests easily and comfortably around your ear. Both headphone styles have a choice of three different rubber ear cushions so that you can choose which one is most comfortable. They are also sweat-resistant, ultra lightweight and extremely durable. And, the Koss Fit-Series designers teamed up with Olympian Dara Torres to ensure they were fit for a world-class athlete!
I love the sound that both of these headphones put out. It’s really great and my music sounds awesome. I’m not usually a fan of ear buds, so I was hesitant to put them in at first. But, once I put on the smallest ear cushions (I do have small ears), I came to the realization that they are actually pretty comfortable! They didn’t hurt my ears like regular ear buds usually do. So, I’m a fan!
The FitClips though, are my favorite. I tend to reach for that kind of headphone before anything else, so I was excited to try them out. Again, they sounds awesome and they are super comfortable. You barely realize they are there. They stay put too, no falling out while you’re walking or working out.
If you are seeking some new workout headphones to bring to the gym or on your next run, give the Koss Fit-Series a try! They come in five different colors, so you can find the color that you like most (or that matches your favorite workout outfit). I think these are a great sounding, comfortable and functioning headphone to have in your gym bag.
