When I heard about a drink called, Kill Cliff, I knew I had to learn more about it. The name in and of itself is unique. I discovered that Kill Cliff is a recovery aid that is made up of vitamins, enzymes, plant extracts, and electrolytes. It helps you feel awesome again post-workout through micro-nutrient replenishment. There is no sugar, no artificial colors, and no artificial flavors. The drinks are lightly carbonated and come in three different flavors, Double Awesomeness (pomegranate watermelon), Tasty (blood orange) and the new Force Field (lemon-lime).
Per the website:
Made with functional ingredients, Kill Cliff is packed with the essentials in supporting athletic recovery needs – B, C, and E vitamins, electrolytes, natural ingredients including Ginger Root, Green Tea Extract, and Ginseng Root Powder as well as a unique enzyme mix including Bromelain and Serrapeptase – micronutrients that help our bodies thrive. Containing only 15 calories, 3 grams of carbs and no sugar, it’s the perfect complement to macronutrient-based protein and carb recovery products.
The fact that it’s a natural recovery aid and so low in calories, I was definitely interested in trying out Kill Cliff! I was sent four cans of Double Awesomeness and four cans of Tasty. Both were great tasting and I enjoyed having one after a run or gym workout. Since I tend to workout in the morning, it was a great addition to my recovery nutrition. I would drink it during the drive back home before I had my post-workout protein drink.
Would I recommend Kill Cliff? I think that it’s a great drink for those who don’t mind a lightly carbonated drink after their workout. If you are conscious about what you put in your body (which I try to be most of the time), this is a good addition as it’s all natural.
You can order Kill Cliff Recovery Drink online or search for a store near you on their website.
