Doesn’t it seem that Monday just comes at you at a pace that just seems way too quickly? I mean, it just feels as though Saturday and Sunday go by at the blink of an eye, and then BOOM! Monday is right up in your face. It always seems like it’s one of the toughest days of the week. You have to get up out of bed, shower, get dressed and deal with that commute to work. One thing is for certain, NONE of that is going to happen without the power of coffee. At least one cup…okay, maybe two. So, between the rush that is the start of the work week, you have to get your workout on. No mater whether you get it down in the early hours before you get to the office, during your lunch hour or after work, one way or another it’s got to get done.
While I prefer to get my workouts done first thing in the morning, I admit that some days I push my gym workouts out to the after work hours. I only have a 30 minute lunch, so it’s before or after work for me. I always ensure that I get my fitness in. It’s important to me to keep me feeling fit and healthy. That doesn’t mean that I don’t appreciate any and all motivation, especially at the beginning of the week. Here are a few motivational quotes and sayings that I thought I’d share.
