In all truthfulness, it’s more like make-it-through-the-day-somehow Monday. I’m feeling so drained. From what, I don’t know. I mean, it’s not as if I’ve done anything really hard or strenuous the last couple of days. My weekend consisted of a 6-mile run on.Saturday morning, then a few errands in the area followed by relaxing and mostly doing a lot of nothing at home. On Sunday, I let myself sleep in a bit, then did a 4-mile bike ride. Saw a movie with a friend in the afternoon followed by stops at two stores for groceries/supplies. See, not much hard stuff happening.
So, what is going on? I really think there’s a deficiency or an infection or what have you hiding out in my system. That’s the only logical explanation, something is wrong with me. I’m not even sure if it’s my sinuses anymore. I’m starting to wonder if I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Either that, or it’s my thyroid. I’m getting bloodwork done hopefully by Friday, so maybe that will provide some answers. All I know is that for an early 30s girl who eats healthy and is fit, I’m not feeling like I should be.
