Do You Use Supplements?

Do you use supplements for your workouts? I’ve tried a few through the years, and still use some daily. I am a big fan of using BCAAs, a pre-workout, and a recovery supplements. So, when the opportunity presented itself to try out and review a pre-workout I’d never used as a BibRavePro, I was interested.

I will soon be reviewing a supplement from MetCon, called START. It’s an all-natural pre-workout that according to the website, will help increase muscle endurance, stamina, and nitric oxide production. I’m very interested in seeing how it helps my runs and cross-training. While there aren’t any actual races in the near future, I feel like this is great time to try out new fueling options and supplements.
