Are you a car enthusiast? Then, you won’t want to miss the 46th Annual Daytona Turkey Run next week in Daytona Beach, Florida! The event has become a Thanksgiving tradition for fans of all ages through the years. It takes place starting on November 28th through December 1st at the Daytona Speedway.
Check out more than 6,000 vintage, classic and custom, muscle and race cars on display throughout the four-day event. There is also a swap meet with vendors selling/trading hard-to-find auto parts an accessories. In addition, the Mecum Auctions Mobile Experience will be on-hand so car buffs can experience what it’s like to be in the middle of a fast-paced Mecum auction. Fans of the History Channel series, “American Restoration” can meet Rick & Kelly Dale for autographs on Friday and Saturday. And, Butch Patrick, who played Eddie Munster on the TV series, “The Munsters” will be at the event all weekend for fans to meet.
Enjoy the Hops & Hoods Craft Beer Festival also held during the Daytona Turkey Run! Samples of more than 120 different craft beers from 48 breweries will be available for purchase for those 21 years of age. If you bring the kiddos, they can enjoy the Little Gobbler’s Play Zone. The area will include bounce houses, an obstacle course, inflatable games and more.
There is something for everyone at the Daytona Turkey Run! Admission is $15 Thursday through Saturday, and $10 on Sunday, and parking is free. Children 11 and under are free. Show hours are 8am – 4pm on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and 8am to 2pm on Sunday.
