Come out and be a part of a Thanksgiving family tradition of the Daytona Turkey Run at the Daytona International Speedway. The event is now in it’s 45th year, and takes place November 22nd through 25th.
The event consists of a car show featuring over 5000 collector cars on display, perfect for the car fanatic and a car corral with special collector cars up for sale if you’re in the market to buy or trade. There is also a swap meet with collector car parts and memorabilia, and an arts & fashion market with homemade crafts for sale. The swap meet and market make a great place to start off your Christmas shopping.
Something special is headlining the 45th Daytona Turkey Run! The original Batcopter from the Batman TV series as well as the 1966 Batmobile and Batcycle will be on display at the show in their own special event area! In addition, The Mecum Mobile Experience will be at the event, giving you the opportunity to see what it feels like to be right in the middle of a Mecum Car Auctions!
If you’re into craft beers, the Daytona Turkey Run will have it’s own craft beer festival, Hops & Hoods. Taste more than 30 different beers from 15 difference craft breweries. Tickets for sample craft beers can be purchased in advanced or at the event.
Don’t miss out on the nightly fun of the Turkey Run Nights beginning Wednesday, November 21st through Saturday, November 24th from 4pm-9pm. There will be music, games, food and of course hundreds of cars to see! Best of all, the nightly festivities of the car cruise are free!
With so much going on, if the Daytona Turkey Run isn’t already a part of your Thanksgiving holiday fun, you will want to start a new tradition with it this year! Head over to the event website for tickets and full details!
